Assisting on Banking related cases as expert witnesses
Many businesses and individuals have disputes with banks that
go unresolved. Some of these instruct their solicitor to
take legal action.
In our experience, most such disputes are settled out of court
with favourable settlements provided good expert witness support
is available - see Success Stories for some examples.
We have been providing banking expert witness services for seven
years and have been checked by the Law Society and accredited
as such since the Law Society scheme was launched.
