Helping the practice and its clients improve their banking arrangements.

Adding value to audit clients is always desirable but new opportunities are not always to hand.

You will find a comprehensive Banking Questionnaire here that can be built into your own internal control questionnaires.  If these are sent to us, fully completed we will provide a free of charge assessment of the savings and benefits achievable, if any and if material.  If the deal is sound we will say so.

If material improvements can be made we will quote if required for providing a full report of our recommendations, identifying savings and benefits and how they can be achieved.  We will then follow up this report with a full negotiation support service to help ensure that these recommendations are realised in a manner which suits your client's requirements.

Assisting clients on Banking related disputes and problems of debt and insolvency.

Unfortunately many businesses find themselves in financial difficulty from time to time.

Sometimes this is serious enough to breech lending covenants and invoke drastic and unhelpful responses from the lending institutions.

By the time these cases reach your insolvency experts, it is too late for effective remedial action to save the business for its current owners.

Whilst we have still had a profound and beneficial effect at this late stage it is far better to get in at the beginning of any bank debt problem.

The real issue is that bank responses to poor debt servicing, typically, are to assess a higher risk and raise charges and interest rates dramatically ensuring the crystallisation of a bad debt in many cases.

In our experience, most such disputes can be settled often with a substantial debt reduction and/or refund of excess charges Success Stories - see for some examples.

The earlier we can assess the bank's reaction to a debt problem, the more likely a difficult or catastrophic situation can be avoided.  This not only saves the business but also preserves a grateful client for you.
