Assisting clients on Banking related disputes
and problems of debt and insolvency.
Unfortunately many businesses find themselves in financial difficulty
from time to time.
Sometimes this is serious enough to breech lending covenants and
invoke drastic and unhelpful responses from the lending institutions.
